I wish I could rate Glen of Smarter Timber Flooring more than 5 stars. I was referred to him for flooring my newly purchased apartment which I needed to change floors. Glen patiently took me through the various types of floor boards explaining in detail the pros and cons of each type until I made my final choice . Throughout the whole process, Glen went over and beyond to assist me with any queries I had. He is highly knowledgeable, an expert and a real professional. Communication with him was easy and he was always ready to help. I’m a very delighted customer. Glen then referred Rafael Alcarez for installing the floors. When I walked into my apartment this morning to check the finished job, my mind was blown. It’s a different apartment from what it was a week ago. Work was done quickly and expertly.

Located in Melbourne he has a wealth of knowledge and walked us through all the different options available.
We chose a beautiful rich colour that would suit our bustling family and all the daily wear and tear that entails.
He discussed aftercare and how to keep our floor looking fantastic for years to come.

I would highly recommend Glenn and Genevieve of Smarter Timber Flooring, Bay Road Cheltenham, both Glenn and Genevieve were knowledgeable and extremely helpful when I started looking for my new flooring.  I decided upon Hybrid Flooring Melbourne and when it came time to have the floors laid Richard, who was recommended by Glenn, did such a wonderful job, he was professional, explained everything and cleaned and tidied up after himself.

We had an excellent experience with Smarter Timber Flooring. we visited a number of times to get the right flooring for the apartment we were renovating and Glenn was more than happy to provide advice and samples of timber to help us decide. We also received a mop to help with the maintenance of the floor. Whilst this company have a fantastic product their after sales service is exceptional. I am renovating a kitchen that had floors from Smarter Timber Flooring from a previous owner. Couldn’t recommend Smarter Timber Flooring Cheltenham enough- they did my parents business flooring then just now my place - great range to choose from - honest advice and excellent service.. thanks to Glenn and the Thompsons for all the help! Also their installers are superb - I had Richard and he was amazing - honest and prompt and super responsive.. and a flawless finish to my places flooring!
